Refund policy

What’s your return policy?

Prints:  We do not offer returns and exchanges on prints, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@tanyajohnstonart.com and supply photo's of your damaged product and shipping material and your order number and we will contact you to coordinate a replacement or other appropriate resolution.  Each claim will be reviewed on a case by case basis by our team. 

Original Paintings:  No refunds.  We do offer exchanges on original paintings, but you have 45 days to ship the painting back to us at your expense and it must be returned in its original condition.  If there is damage to the original painting, the refund or credit becomes null and void.  Upon receipt & inspection, you will receive credit to purchase a painting of equal or greater value, minus the original cost of shipping.  Please contact us at support@tanyajohnstonart.com
